Carrier delays or mistakes in the handling of your shipment that is damaged must be handled between you and the carrier.

Insect Sales.com offers a live arrival guarantee on all Live Insects... provided that:
temperatures during transit do not drop below 30 degrees F. for next day services and
someone is present to accept the package when it is delivered on the first attempt
When choosing a 2nd day shipping option, we will only guarantee live arrival provided that:
temperatures during transit do not exceed 85 degrees F. for 2 day delivery
temperatures during transit do not drop below 30 degrees F. for 2 day delivery
someone is present to accept the package when it is delivered on the first attempt.
Claims on Insect Orders
Contact Insect Sales.com within 4 hours of shipment.
Provide a picture of item(s) within 24 hours if requested, emailed to support@insectsales.com
Failure to meet these guidelines will void Insect Sales Live Arrival and Health Guarantee.

ALL LIVING PRODUCTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. If there are problems we will do our best to help you solve them or work out a solution that works for both parties..
Dry Good Return Policy
If you have received the wrong item: Contact Insect Sales.com and we will have our courier pick up the package.
If you no longer want the product or you ordered the wrong items: You can return UNUSED/UNOPENED products to Insect Sales.com. Once we have received the package we will credit you for the price you paid for the product. Insect Sales.com DOES NOT COVER ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST OR RETURN SHIPPING COST.
If the item is received broken please contact support@insectsales.com. Keep the package until we can file a claim with the courier as they may want to examine the packaging.
