If item is returned to Insect Sales.com for any reason, than the buyer will be required to pay shipping unless a refund is wanted instead.
If a buyer wants a refund, only the purchase price minus shipping will be refunded.

We cannot guarantee live on arrival for shipping locations not within 30-85 degrees Fahrenheit.
If the majority of your order arrives DOA, you must provide photographic evidence within 4 hours of receiving the shipment and we will ship as soon as possible.
This is void if you do not accept the package on the first delivery attempt,
so please make sure that someone will be home to accept/sign for the package.
We ship Monday to Friday. NO shipping on Holidays.
We try to ship same day or within 1 business day.
We will not ship a live animal package if it will sit more than 2 days in the post office due to a holiday.

We ship to the lower 48 States.
Our Cultures and Live Insects are heat sensitive because they are a living organism.
They will not fair in outside temperatures under 30 degrees F (Freezing) and over 85 degrees F.
If you would like heat packs or cold pacts please note them on your shopping cart.
We provide tracking with all of our shipments, so you will know when it is going to arrive at your mailbox.
Please make plans to be at your mailbox when they arrive.
