Your complete satisfaction with every order is very important to us.

To communicate how we handle returns and other problems with order we have outlined them below.

Insect is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. 

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and let us know what the problem is.

Negligence to take proper care of the insects upon arrival may void guarantee. An example would be allowing insects to remain in a hot mailbox for more than 30 minutes after delivery. Please be available to take your insects inside on delivery day if the weather is below freezing or above 80 degrees Fahrenheit.  Inside a mail box it can easily reach 100+ F. on a sunny day.

Although rare, if the insects should have perished or suffered a loss in quality during shipment, we will reship you replacements. Please understand we cannot cover the cost of postage.

Due to the perishable nature of worms, we request that you contact us within 4 hours of receiving your worms if they are in an unsatisfactory condition.

Please do not return worms through the mail without contacting us first.

All other non perishable products are under a 14 day no questions asked return policy.

We will refund full purchase price less 20% restocking fee.

Customers must pay return shipping where applicable.

Products must be in oridginal package.

Communication is very important.  We want you to be totally happy with our service and products. So please give us all the details on your order along with photos if required.
